After last year’s success of Malta’s first time experience in the Telders Moot Court Competition, ELSA-Malta will again be participating in this prestigious competition, taking the Maltese winning team to The Peace Palace in The Hague in April 2008.

On Friday 15th February at 17.00hrs ELSA Malta will be organising its second seminar following the success of the first.  The second seminar will deal with the issue of Intellectual Property, a controversial subject that should interest both prospective and present lawyers.
